2005 Dinosaur Races
|
Concept: Bring a dinosaur (a.k.a. Stock Windsurfer). If you do not own such a creature, a cavemen and/or cavewoman (a.k.a. the elder statesmen and stateswomen of the premier sport), who long, long ago tamed the ferocious creatures, will loan their dinosaur for you to ride. Some dinosaur riding experience required. Need to know the concept of tacking and jibing a dinosaur or ancestor thereof. We rig’em, you sail’em. If you have some experience riding a dinosaur or ancestor thereof, but difficulty tacking or jibing one, talk with a caveman and/or cavewoman for advice. "We talk King's English. UHG!"
Categories: To be determined on event day. Might depend on: Your Weight, Dinosaur Riding Experience, Your Age (Paleozoic, Triassic, Jurassic, Cretaceous), Personal Smell or a unique combination thereof.
Cost: $10.00 US (circa 2000's). Trophies, Food, BEER, water, soda and Party Barge and Party Boat Hecklers.
Course: Triangle Style Course. Major emphasis to expose homosapiens to dinosaur (a.k.a. windsurfing) racing. Back to some basics of racing. NO RACE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!!!! "We give advice. UHG!"
Location: 5001 NASA Rd 1, Clear Lake Park, Mud Lake Side.
